Need help discussing sexual needs with my boyfriend

Soo I need some advice in talking to my boyfriend about my sexual needs and desires. Every time I try to talk to him about sex and what I want I feel like he doesn't feel the same way and what's the point then. He's not really "into me" as he used to be and I want to get back to that point. How do I tell him I'm always horny and I need sex a lot more than a few times a month? And what I want sexually. I need advice and this is the best place to get it!
