so a few days ago after i ate dinner i started having a sharp almost like someone punched me type pain in my upper abdominal area, i thought it would go away cause i’ve had simulat pains before and i sleep them off and then there good but this one has been the worse from on and off pains of level 5 pain to about 8.5 as the days have gone by i’ve started getting headaches and been fairly nauseous when i get up and walk around. the problem area has been sensitive to the touch and ive noticed the pain has sorta moved down my abdominal area i don’t really know or is i just think that. but i took a nausea pill this evening and hoping that will help a little bit. i’ve also noticed that my stomach makes like gargling sounds and i ended my period the day it started
