Pregnant?

Okay I currently been bleeding for 41 days I took Provera to stop the bleeding at the beginning of March but it didn’t work and I kinda just eventually stopped bleeding on my own today.well I’m cramping on my bottom right side almost like ovulation cramps well I was diagnosed with Pcos and I havent ovulated in a while due to my irregular periods and me and my husband have been ttc. so my Question is Could this be ovulation??Has anyone bled as long as I just did and got pregnant after??
