Keto Diet

Hello, I recently heard about the Keto Diet and did lots of research. I have been trying to lose weight without much success. I am seriously thinking of trying it but I would like to hear your opinions and experiences on it. Did it work for you? Should I start off slowly cutting out carbs or is it fine to just go right into it? How do you know when you're in "ketosis"? How quickly did you lose weight? Any side effects? Any good Keto meal plans available that you know of? Recipes? Any feedback would be appreciated!
