How is this looking, honestly??

Question

According to glow and my peak OPK I’m 9 DPO with BFN today. But according to fertility friend and BBT I’m only 7 DPO...
Can someone give me some honest input on this? Why did my temp drop today? 😟 
My boobs were extremely sore yesterday but not today anymore, only an excruciating headache and I’ve cried 4 times today so a bit emotional for no reason.

It does look like you're 7dpo based on your temp pattern and your opks it's quite normal to have temp drops in the luteal phase - they happen as the hormones fluctuate in your body which they do each cycle.
Being 7dpo it's unlikely you would've gotten a positive pregnancy test as implantation occurs between 6-12dpo and then it takes a little time for the hcg to reach your pee.
Try and relax a little..perfection takes a little time ;)
