Im not sure what this pain is.

So I have an appointment on Thursday and was just in the hospital a week and a half ago and everything looked fine. I'm 20 +4 weeks. So for the last five daysish ive had pressure and slight pain in my lower right abdomen. It only gets severe when changing positions (from sitting to standing) and then only for a minute. TMI at first I thought it was just gas pain because ive been pooping alot, but its not going away at all, its getting worse.

Its not severe enough to be an emergency, but at this point I'm not sure what it is because its always in the same spot. I'm waiting for a call back from my doctor, but I would really rather wait to go in if its nothing. Anyone have any ideas 😷
