Opinions please

I am a week late on my period but am still having negative pregnancy tests. If I am pregnant, then I would be about five weeks pregnant. My husband and I had sex last night and now today I am having cramping but no bleeding. I am wondering if it is normal to have cramping right now “if I was pregnant”. Or should I see this as a sign of a super late period coming? Or is this cramping because my husband and I had sex and it could have messed with all my hormones? What would you guys do in this situation? I have taken about five tests over the span of almost two weeks.

Side note: I am literally NEVER late for my period. Which I is why it’s so weird to me that I haven’t started my period but I am still getting negative pregnancy test results.
