Negative tests but still pregnant??

so here is my story... Im 23 years old and have had unprotected sex with my husband for over 2 years. Last month, Feb. 21 I had a 4 day period(some what normal) 19 days later I had started to spot very lightly on and off for 11 days. According to the app i was saposto start 6 days ago but I didn't.ive had normal flows my whole life with little to no cramps. and one day last week i cramped more than I ever had, but it wasn't unbearable...ive been crazy tired lately like I can sleep anywhere even with 8 hrs. of sleep, and very moody. My nose has been running/congested and ive been sneezing like there's no tomorrow. 😖😖 I had scheduled and ob app. this morning March 27 and they took a urine sample and it came back negative. the doc. did a pap. and everything was normal. I had told her everything and she said I might not have ovulated this month and that if i don't start in a couple weeks to take another test. I'm freaking out thinking i might be pregnant but its too early to know..she wouldn't take a blood test either... has this happened to anyone on here, I need to ease my wondering mind.
