So I am 33 weeks pregnant almost 34 and all last night was having stomach pain all over. This morning I have had **ahem diarrhea and been throwing up. The vomiting is accompanied by very painful stomach cramps and nausea. I have been drinking water and I’ve even tried to eat lunch but it just came back up. Is this just me being sick or cause for concern?? I still feel baby moving normally and no period like cramps. It’s aches and pain all around my stomach. I went in to L&D; a few days ago for spotting when wiping but it turned out I just had a small cut down there. What should I do???
