FREAKING OUT

Hello ladies please reassure me

So I had “sex” I put that in quotations because the Saturday March 17th I started my period (29 day cycle) my boyfriend put his penis in me for about 30 seconds and stroked slowly maybe 2 Times I started FREAKING OUT and made him put a condom on. before he put his penis in he checked and it wasn’t leaking any pre-cum. My period lasted 7 days and I also started BC for the first time on Sunday March 18th please give me so reassurance!!!!!!!
