12 days late, 2 negative tests

My period was due march 16th, I'm now 12 days late. On my 9th day late I took a pregnancy test on my first pee of the day and it was negative. I just took another pregnancy test tonight at 9:30 pm which was also negative.

Since day 6 of being late I've had a lot of creamy white discharge. I keep thinking I've started my period, but when I check it's just this discharge. I started getting really emotional around day 9 which isn't like me. Day 10 my boobs feel pretty swollen and nipples started hurting, not my boobs just my nipples. Last night I started cramping in my back and my lower stomach. Today I had a little bit of nausea but it wasn't extreme.

I don't really feel in my mind that I'm pregnant but the symptoms are throwing me off.

I think the only way I could have gotten pregnant was from precum. My fiancé and I usually wait until midway through sex to put on a condom. Im not on birth control or any medication.

Has anyone experienced this? I don't know what to think.
