Surgery!

Here is the whole story sorry if its to long I'm just worried!

So on 6/10/15 I took a pregnancy test and got a positive tested all the way up until today so went to the doctors to get confirmation and the told us I have a tubal pregnancy so they scheduled me for surgery turns out I just have a cyst on my right side ovary so they removed it or cut it open . I'm still pregnant very early 3-4wks ? Question is has anyone gone thru this and had a successful pregnancy ? This is our first and I can't take a heartbreak like I did this morning.
