Did you experience cramps b4 getting your BFP?

Help ladies, I am 4 days late as afraid to test.

I am experiencing AF like cramps that come and go. Sometimes the cramps stay for like 60 seconds just as if I was on my AF.

I’m having a tiny bit of wet discharge thats always making me run to the bathroom thinking AF arrived. Please help ladies? I am 18DPO and have not tested so I don’t know if I’ll get a BFP or BFN. I’m too scare to test due to my last miscarriage.
