Could I be pregnant?

Okay so last month my period came late.. and it is normally really heavy but it was only heavy for a day then it was really light and it only lasted for like 3 days.. Then this month I had discharge and pain in my lower belly. I was suppose to start on the 16th but I didn't.. Please give me advice I'm only 17 and I can't ask my mom😔
