Positive??

I didn’t see a line immediately following taking the test but also glanced and dismissed quickly. This was after the test sat for about 5 hours and when I looked at it again, I wasn’t sure if it was positive or not. I didn’t know if maybe my earlier glance overlooked a VERY faint line and it got more visible after sitting there. I’ve never taken a test like this. Would love help and thoughts!
