Anyone with cerclage?

I had my cerclage put in at 12weeks due to a still birth at 19 weeks and miscarriage in previous pregnancies. I just turned 24 weeks and is on strict bed rest due to having contractions. I haven't dilated but they said my cervix is really now and very thin. Next week I go in to get the steroid shot to help the baby's lungs develop more quickly. I am a nervous wreck and scared I'll deliver soon Anyone experienced this? Any advice?
