ive been pooping excessively, like evry hour im about 22 weeks pregnant...its just uncomfortable havimg to take a shit every hour!?

Talk to your doctor about it immediately. Also make sure you're staying hydrated with water and probably Gatorade/Powerade. Try eating high fiber foods and maybe a blan diet for a few days like oatmeal, toast, soup.

I'll trade you! Pooing about once a week. Honestly, the best thing right now would be to squirt a soft one out. 😅 But if it's like this more than 24 hrs, I'd give your dr a call and see what they recommend. And stay hydrated!!

I go through phases. I wont poop for like a week or have really small poops then for like 48 hours I poop a billion times (not diarreah) and then I'm regular for a week and the process starts all over.  As long as its not diarreah and you're not cramping you're  fine, it's just annoying. Keep your fluid up. I take my prenatal and eat some cheese to get it to slow to a reasonable poop pace.
