So a little back story. My daughter is 18 days old. For the past 6 days she has been in hospital on IV antibiotics due to an infection. They’ve let her come home and I have to give her oral ones for the last 2 days. When she was having injections and stuff, they were putting little bits of sugar water in her mouth to calm her down. So I was wondering if I make a bottle of boiled water and let it cool, can I put a tiny bit of sugar in it, to help her take her medicine? She’s just spitting it out at the minute!
