Hate af

Ugh if I could go without getting af I would be so happy. This month is terrible. Woke up in the middle of the night with cramps so bad I wanted to cry. Then fast forward to waking up now. I woke up with a headache cramps and feeling very sick to the point where I felt like I was gonna throw up. I haven’t had a period like this in a long time. Periods are so frustrating
