Need to delay my period...without birth control?
My period in May is set to start on the day I leave for a cruise and end the day I get back. I have really heavy periods so swimming is a hassle. I am not totally opposed to BC but I really don’t want to take it. Any ideas? Best BC to use for delaying periods?
