Help!!!!!

I was on the nexplanon for almost 3 years and had it removed last month due to complications with it. This is my first cycle since having it removed and the cramps are so horrible I can't handle it. I've tried the heating pad, ibuprofen, pain relievers, drinking something warm, laying down...NOTHING IS HELPING! Midol has never worked for my cramps so I'm not wasting time on it. I had bad cramps before getting the nexplanon but it was NOT this excruciating. If any of you have had the nexplanon before, were your cramps this extreme? Any recommendations are appreciated. I'm about to go to urgent care if I can't get relief. I have a 7 year old and I can't even care for him right now due to the pain.
