How do I tame this?!

Question

Help! I've dealt with a lions mane for my whole life and it's always been ridiculous to manage. It's thick and curly and frizzy all the time. Not to mention I have dandruff like crazy because this Wisconsin winter has not been nice to my scalp.
I know getting a trim will help with the ends, I'm trying to grow it out from a bob I had in 2016.

I don't mind the curls as long as I'm able to manage them. A lot of the time I'll just straighten it or put it in a pony and say to hell with it.

The bob was freaking adorable for your natural curl ! If you keep it longer - have you ever considered straightening it?

dont brush it use a wide tooth comb and find some products for curly hair you like . and sometimes just use conditioner instead of washing  that's what helps me

have you ever tried an oil treatment? I've fallen in love with castor oil for taming my frizzies. You just put it on your hair for 30 minutes or so then wash it thoroughly. it does amazing things to your hair texture. my hair isnt curly like yours but it gets really frizzy and castor oil always helps

try a keratin treatment! expensive but does wonders for my locks lol
