Sciatica pain anybody?

Is anybody else suffering from severe sciatica pain? I'm in so much pain, the pain is down my leg.. it's unbearable!! I'm literally in tears! Any advice to ease pain?

i used lotssss of bengay and icey hot mostly heating pad. i got it right after i gave birth to my firdt and it is the worst

The chiropractor is the only thing that saved me, I couldn’t even walk it helped me so much within a day or so it was gone!

I had it with my first and currently have it even WORSE now with my second.... My obgyn said stretches is all we can really do. Also a pillow between your legs at night 😚

Get a foam roller, start doing the recommended stretches, use a hot water bottle on it for short periods and ask your doctor what kind of topical rub you can use for relief. I have it really bad but all of this helped immensely.

I do! Mines not TERRIBLE like that. But I’m 18 weeks and it’s been amping up the last two weeks. I feel like I’ll be in a world of pain by the end of my pregnancy. I have an old back injury (SI joint issue) from when I was a hospital nurse and they told me when I get pregnant it will flare up and it has. I get monthly massages when I can remember. And I do yoga once or twice a week and work out with weights once a week. I found my back pain is worse at night so I just take it easy in the evenings when my back hurts. There are stretches you can do to help. Hamstring stretches are great or just google sciatica stretches or SI joint stretches or something. If it’s REALLY bad tell your OB to order physical therapy. Core strengthening will help. Sitting on an exercise ball instead of a chair will help.
