Just had a chemical pregnancy but trying again this next cycle, hopefully!

I’m currently waiting to be called back to have blood taken for my appointment with OBGYN tomorrow to find out if this cycle will be ok to try again. I’m so nervous.... mind you I’m bleeding like crazy right now (Day 3)... lots of tissue, red blood and what appears to be a clear mucus-type substance. I’m counting the first day of red blood as day 1 of the cycle... This was our very first attempt at conceiving so we already feel fortunate enough to have had the egg fertilize, just hoping there is no reason in particular for the pregnancy terminating... anyone have a similar experience?? I would appreciate hearing how things went for you.
