Too Sore To Workout
I went to the gym the other day and it was leg day and long story short, I kicked ass in the gym, but now I'm really sore. I'm still sore today and it hurts to walk, stand up, sit down, and climb stairs. I don't have a bath tub in my apartment so I can't really soak in a hot bath after a workout to soothe my aching muscles. I really don't want to skip the gym today, but I feel too sore to do anything. I don't want to make excuses to not do something that's good for my health and get me closer to my weight loss goal, but I also don't want to push myself too far and get hurt. What can I do to prevent getting so sore in the future?
