Where to go with a 6/7 month old?

Me and my family will be moving when my son is around 6 or 7 months old but there will be 1-2 months where we will essentially be on vacation because the house that's being built won't be done but our current house will be sold so we are trying to decide what to do in that time. My parents so far have been thinking about Orlando, Key West, or a cabin in the mountain in Georgia. What would be best for such age? Orlando would have lots of tourist type things to do, so would key west, and Georgia would be more relaxed. What does everyone think? 😊😁
