help please

I need help. Let me start off by saying I do not have normal periods at all, that I suffer from an autoimmune disorder and pcos. I have progesterone the first 10 days of every month in order to have a period.

I had a period on January 10th- January 18th, spotting of bright red on January 20th. For the last few months I have been having a period, and about 2 weeks later having another period.

Today I was checking my cervical mucus and it was very wet and bloody. This has happened every month, I have brought it up to my current ob/gyno. She tells me this is normal, that it's just from ovulation.
