Stomach ache

I'll start off by saying I am 7 weeks postpartum. I just started taking a mini pill (Jencycla) on Sunday. The past two days have been fine, but about 10 minutes after I took tonight's pill, I started feeling queasy, and my stomach started hurting. I'm curled up in a ball on my bed because my stomach hurts so much. I haven't eaten anything strange, the birth control is the only new thing in my system. Why does my stomach hurt so much? I've been on 3 different pills, depo, and the implant, and I've never had this problem before.
