When do you start tracking for the first day of af? We have been ttc for 6 months and I’m wondering if I’m off on my days.

My OB said to start tracking from the first full day of bleeding, regardless of how heavy. Spotting or discolored discharge is not counted as the first day. (I had issues with heavy spotting one morning & then nothing the rest of the day until the next day it would be a full day period.)
