Is it too good to be true?

So Sunday night, I had my aunt in law assume I was pregnant, my fiancé’s grandma dreamed there was gunna be a new baby in the family, my little niece asked her mom if we were expecting twice and a sign in a building that just seemed odd with all the things happening. Then I took this test tonight and I’m just freaked out in a good way but I’m also scared it’s too good to be true... opinions? It literally popped up in under a minute also there isn’t a flash on my camera for this photo either
