saggy boobs problem

ok so i have worn sports bras and lace bras ever since i started wearing bras and my boobs aren’t that saggy but they are getting there and my nipples are turning outward when i lay down, they aren’t straight. i have no idea if it’s common but i need some help on anything about that topic. i’ve started wearing real bras now and i am trying to see a difference. i don’t mind the sag just my nipples are making me insecure😂when i look at myself in the mirror they look fine. ok i just need some advice.
