Horrible headaches

I've had a horrible headache for 3 days straight now, no letting up. The only thing that gives any release is an ice pack. But still hurts like hell. I have no Tylenol and I'm stuck in bed in a dark room. I'm 10w2d btw. Any suggestions? Anyone else experience this?
