Period

Does anyone else get super heavy periods with clotting and painful cramps? I stopped my birth control after having my child, because I wanted to do natural birth control. So I'm thinking it may be because of taking myself off the pill. I've always had painful cramps, but I've had clots the last couple times going to the bathroom bigger than quarters. Should I be concerned?
