IBS or pregnancy

Okay so I know it's almost impossible for me to be pregnant since I have never had sex but my boyfriend has touched me. I have not too long ago been proscribed Pills to help with IBS and they help to a certain extent. My symptoms include bloating/feeling bloated, constipation and stomach pain. Are these symptoms that of IBS or pregnancy? Oh! I'm also on the contraceptive Pill ((EDIT)) Also please no hate on this post, I am only a teenage girl who suffers from anxiety and am a Hypochondriac
