Umbilical cords

Have you or someone you have known had babies with umbilical cords wrapped around their necks? How dangerous is it? How did the birth go? Can they detect the wrapped umbilical cord on a ultrasound? I’m just trying to inform myself. Any advice would be nice. Thank you ladies

Edit: I’m curious about this. I have seen people say it’s not dangerous and some say it is.
