Definitely blood. Have you had any bloody noses? I have coughed out a blood clot before after a bloody nose.. if not I would definitely schedule an appointment and keep this picture to show your doctor!

That very much looks like blood. I would see your doctor just to be safe. It could’ve been a burst blood vessel in your throat from heaving. Good luck xx

I had vomit in my blood due to a tear in my throat as I was heaving so much, but a clot definitely looks alarming, definitely book am appointment x
