What's going on?!? (TMI text)

I had an OB appointment a few days ago and she checked my cervix and told me I was a "good 2cm dilated". When I got home from that appointment I went to use the restroom and heard a small "plop", wiped and saw pinkish blood. I assumed it was my bloody show and my OBs office said it was okay and to call back if i was having contractions. Well I haven't started having contractions but the next day I started to have extreme diarrhea. It started of normal I guess you could say but now it's like fluid just coming out. I haven't changed my diet so I'm wondering is this a sign of labor?
