when will the nausea stop?

I am 8 weeks+6 days today and for the past 4 weeks every day i am nauseated starting at around 4 am my stomach starts turning flips like i am on a roller coaster sometimes i vomit, sometimes I dont, sometimes i hope i do because then i at least get some relief from the nausea for a little bit. the only thing that seems to help is dramamine less drowsy which is meclizine, but I do not want to take it every day. I am pregnant with twins not sure if that matters any but I have heard sometimes morning sickness is worse and lasts longer with multiples. I have a son and I was not sick like this with him. anyone have any advice to help besides medication and how long will this most likely last. thanks.

I was put on meds so I’m not sure what will help. For me even on the meds when I get nauseous it’s only for like 30 minutes but sipping on water helps mine. I tried to do ginger stuff in the beginning but I don’t like ginger. 
As for how long it will last, it often starts to die down as the 2nd trimester begins but everyone’s different. I tried to stop taking my meds at 20 weeks and I started getting sick again. Good luck and I hope is dies down for you soon!

I couldn’t get the meds I like with this pregnancy so I started trying anything else possible. Eating and ginger and things like that just don’t cut it for me. But I found pink stork prenatal probiotics at target. It’s a pill, but it’s a probiotic, not a prescription. It worked wonders for me. As long as I took it regularly, I didn’t vomit and my nausea went way down. It also helped my gut and intestinal issues that come with early pregnancy

My nausea started at about 5 weeks and didn’t stop until almost 14, but I had to be put on zofran and I still take it for the nausea. It’s the only way mine stopped. I tried the preggie pops and stuff but that made me sick. Hopefully as you approach your second trimester it will die down

Mine lasted from 5 weeks till like 14-16 weeks ... but everyone is different I lost weight because I couldn’t eat much without throwing up was the most horrible thing I ever experienced. I was prescribed medicine and it worked for like 2 weeks and then after had no affect on me lol just had to suffer through it.. try eating popcorn it helped me for like an hour I would have to eat a bag everyday

I'd like to tell you it stops soon. Before this pregnancy I had never experienced it before 🤢😷 it's the worst. I was put on diclegis at 8 weeks which helped a little then things peaked at around 12 weeks and my doc prescribed Zofran. Now I manage day to day better but I have been so sick since about 5 weeks and no signs of it letting up anytime soon and I am now 13 weeks 😔
