Blurred vision 26 weeks.

Did anyone else have this during there pregnancys ? I just had my doctors appointment a few days ago I did the gestational screening and they checked my iron levels everything came out normal and my blood pressures always normal. Last night everything started to get shady and blurry so I decided to lay down and rest my eyes it wasn’t going away so I went to bed I woke up today and it’s the same thing it makes me so dizzy and gives me a headache 🤕 I’m scared because with my first pregnancy I had a lot of dizzy spells and fainting and it ended in a first trimester mc. I really don’t want to call doctor but I will if it doesn’t get better in a couple hours, I feel like I call them to much and am getting on there nerves I tend to freak out over a bunch
