Cravings!!!
Girls, guys, whom ever who are on the road to a healthier life. HOW do you curve these cravings of wanting to eat all the time!!! I am TTC but would like to loose 30 lbs before hand. I am 5’5 and 190 lbs right now. But I don’t get over when I tell myself I’m gonna start being healthier and stuff my cravings for junk sky rockets!!! Any pointers?
