I’ve been diagnosed with a short cervix since week 19 , CL was measuring 2.4, I was on bed rest for a week and went back to check and it was 1.9 then and now 1.0 at 23+5

At that point i was put on progesterone and got steroid shots for my baby’s lungs. Now I’m on complete bed rest at home. I’ve been closely monitored and was given the option if I wanna be hospitalized just in case something happens sooner than expected. So I’m been admitted tomorrow because I don’t wanna take a chance and wanna keep my baby in as much as possible!

Anyone else going through something similar? Any tips for hospital bed rest?
