spotting
About 6 weeks 4 days pregnant. I had some spotting yesterday. Only when I would wipe. Haven't had much today. But some slight cramping in my side. And a few stabs in my lower back. Pretty worried but not trying to freak out. It's my first pregnancy so I'm not really sure what is normal and what isn't.
