Stopping Bc pills to get pregnant

If I stopped my pills March 19, when would be the soonest I could get pregnant? (I stopped my pills the second week into the pack) I guess I’m just confused because they say that you don’t ovulate on the pill, which I understand, but if that’s the case, how do some women get pregnant from missing just one or two pills and continuing the rest of the pack? And also, if you do stop your pills and get withdrawal bleeding, is it possible to still get pregnant that cycle?
