I think I need to see a therapist but when my ex told my mum I was raped she said it was BS! We’ve never spoke about it but My flashback dreams have come back and she saw this herself the other day! How do I now tell her I think I need some help?

hey hun I know how you feel. I was in a situation like this but it took me about 4 months to come out to my mom. the way my mother found out is that someone told her that they were worried about me... the next day she pulled me out back and asked me what happened... I was lying but started crying then gave in... The best way to tell your mom is to wait if she is in a good mood and ask if you guys can talk. once you guys sit down ask her. the way my mom was told was a bad way. Honey do the right thing and just ask.
