Please baby

I have a 15 year old daughter and I lost twins are 5 1/2 pregnant. And with both of my pregnancies I had 3 pregnancies test each and both times all 3 test said negative. Both times I need bloodwork and an ultrasound at around 6 weeks. My doctor's tell me that I just don't produce high levels of hcg. Currently my period is a week late!? I took 2 test. Both negative. But that's not abnormal for me. But I really do feel like I'm pregnant. Please baby. Please pray for me. Child please.
