Daycare Emergency Plan?

Filling out registration paperwork for baby’s daycare, she will start in September but to reserve her spot have to go ahead and submit tons of paperwork. They ask for an “emergency plan” - any moms out there with experience in this with suggestions for what this is supposed to be? Or for online info on how to write this up? I’ve tried googling and it’s unproductive so far, appreciate any advice!
