50 things I hope I teach my daughter.

The other day as I was playing with my daughter, I realized everything that she is doing currently is something she had to learn. It made me think that as a parent I have to teach her to be the best human being she can be. I know throughout her life she will learn a lot but I hoping that these 50 things are the top of that list.

1. Be kind to everyone you meet.

2. Always put God first.

3. It's ok to make mistakes as long you admit to them.

4. Inner beauty is more important that outer beauty.

5. You can never be too poor to give to someone in need.

6. Your job doesn't define who you are.

7. Hard work will get you far in life.

8. Always stand up for yourself.

9. Never settle for less than you deserve.

10. Always make time to hang out with friends.

11. Never be afraid to try something new.

12. There is nothing wrong with being smart.

13. Jealousy doesn't look good on anyone.

14. Surround yourself with people who push you to be a better person.

15. Stand up for what you believe in.

16. Never judge someone without getting to know them first.

17. It's ok to have different opinions than others.

18. Find something your passionate about and pursue it.

19. Donate to a charity once a month that is important to you.

20. Crying is not a sign of weakness.

21. Praying will get your through your toughest time in life.
