Any women aged 35 and up TTC and seeing a fertility specialist?

I'm 35 years old and bee trying for our rainbow baby after my third miscarriage at just 9wks. It's been two months and countless scans and blood tests for both myself and my partner. I have recently found out I have Hypothyroidism and a low ovarian reserve (AMH). I am also on Antidepressants and PTSD medications as well as all the pregnancy vitamins and minerals. Is anybody else going through the same thing? Any advice? I am so anxious about trying to conceive I feel like I'm going crazy.
