Labor signs??

Question

So I have been having mild cramping every 10-15 minutes and my doctor said if they get to 7-9 minutes to go to the hospital to be checked. I’m only 1cm dilated by she said my cervix is soft. All night I have been feeling nauseous and have been having hot flashes. Could this be the start of labor? FTM and I have no idea what I’m supposed to be looking for. I’m only 36 weeks so I’m really hoping this baby will stay in for at least another week

Sounds like normal late pregnancy symptoms to me.

Sounds normal, your whole last month you’re basically in low key labor but when the contractions get so bad you can’t talk or eat through them for the 5:1:1 then it’s hospital time!

I've had contractions for almost 3 weeks.. prodormal labour.. they've had me returning regularly for monitoring, but all is fine. 
take some Panadol and rest :)

Mild cramps I wouldn’t worry about. I had those at 36 weeks too and I think that was my body starting to dilate and get my cervix thinned. I’m 2.5 cm dilated now at 37 weeks.

I’m going through the same. Except some of them are painful. 36weeks here too.
