Af 6/27 trying for the first time with endometriosis

Hi I am currently 26 years old and me and hubby are trying for first child. I am back in school for my masters in Nursing so we wanted to wait until I graduate. I had to come off bc 1.5 years ago because of side effects. We have been informed it would be better to start trying bc my endo is getting worse. Anyone out there with endo that can shed some light on getting pregnant with it. AF is expected 6/27 and we bed on ovulation. Hoping for a good outcome this month. So far I had cramps yesterday day so I though AF was coming early but had heavy discharge that was light brown now some dull off and on breast pains. Is this it?
